Onekia Grier is an accomplished executive with over 25 years of experience in social services and community health leadership.
As Executive Director of Magnolia Day Habilitation Services, she oversees strategic operations, quality improvement initiatives, regulatory compliance, and team development to ensure exceptional service delivery. Her leadership is defined by operational excellence, accountability, and sustainable program growth.
She is committed to results, mission-driven impact, and ensuring that every life entrusted to her care matters deeply.
