Chief Executive Officer
Onekia Grier
Onekia Grier is a visionary executive leader with more than 25 years of experience in social services, behavioral and mental health, community health, and nonprofit leadership. As Chief Executive Officer of Magnolia Day Habilitation Services, she provides strategic oversight of operations, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, program development, and organizational growth while fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and compassionate, person-centered care.
Known for her collaborative leadership style and results-driven approach, Onekia is passionate about building strong teams, advancing innovative solutions, and expanding access to high-quality services that empower individuals to live with dignity, independence, and purpose. Her unwavering commitment to service, operational excellence, and improving outcomes continues to transform lives, strengthen communities, and elevate the organizations she leads.
Director of Day Habilitation Service Canol Melle
Canol Melle is the Director of Day Habilitation Services at Magnolia Adult Day Program, where he leads program operations, regulatory compliance, and staff development to ensure high‑quality, person‑centered supports.
With over a decade of experience in behavioral health and disability services, he strengthens service delivery through evidence‑based practices and strategic program improvement.
A Touro University honors graduate in Psychology and current graduate student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Canol applies his clinical training to enhance documentation, quality assurance, and participant outcomes. He is committed to ethical leadership, cultural responsiveness, and creating meaningful opportunities for individuals served.
